They were confident and clear in everything they did, from first quotes to follow-up visit for us to choose the pattern, to installation. Price was more than reasonable. They were generous with a free ‘extra’ service as their timescale had run slightly over (despite the fact they knew we weren’t in a hurry). They understood the need for the panels to be taken out and replaced on the same day (we have stupid cats). The site was left immaculate and they even noticed we’d moved heavy plant pots into our spare room - and moved them back out onto the balcony for us! Totally recommended.”
